My name is Mags Worden. I’m a composer, songwriter, producer, and sound artist currently pursuing my M.M. in Baltimore, Maryland. I’m currently working on an album of songs I wrote instead of journaling and a smaller collection of playful songs, both of which will be released on streaming platforms when I finish making them.

When I’m not writing songs, I’m making conceptual and often data-driven sound art. My piece in series, which is based on the Riemann series theorem and was written for dance, was just premiered at the Peabody Institute’s 2026 Viewpoints event (check out the portfolio tab or link below to learn more).

This summer I’m going to Nashville for the Johnny Mercer Foundation Songwriters Project, which is so exciting. Keep an eye on my website to see the music I make while I’m there!
